Privacy policy

The short version: I collect what you send me so I can reply, I use two privacy-respecting analytics tools to improve the site, and I never sell your data.

What I collect

When you use a form on this site, I receive what you type — your name, email, organization, and a description of the project or problem. I use it for one thing: to read your note and reply. I do not add you to a mailing list or a drip sequence.

The site does not ask for sensitive information, and you should not send passwords, payment details, or private customer records in a first message.

Analytics tools

To understand how the site is used — which pages help, where people get stuck — I use two privacy-respecting tools:

  • Google Analytics 4, configured with IP anonymization, for aggregate traffic and which steps lead to a conversation. It does not tell me who you are.
  • Microsoft Clarity, for anonymized heatmaps and session replays with its default text and input masking left on — so what you type into forms is masked, not recorded.

Both run only after the page loads, and both rely on cookies or similar local storage to count visits. Neither is used for advertising.

What I never do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not run ad networks or cross-site tracking pixels, and I do not share your form submissions with anyone — they go to my inbox and stay there.

Your choices

Browser tracking-protection and ad-blocking extensions will stop the analytics scripts above, and the site works the same with or without them. If you have sent a message and want it deleted, email me and I'll remove it.
